Context
This AMIRAL Project, jointly developed by Saudi Aramco and Total, will be a large-scale integrated petrochemical facility (including a mixed feed cracker, downstream derivatives units, integration, utilities, and other support facilities).
The project is to develop a wastewater treatment and reuse plant to receive the wastewater and spent caustic streams from a series of plants located at the AMIRAL facility, recover a target of 70% of the flows, and deliver Demineralized water to the clients.
The main treatment process will include the following key stages:
The Project will be developed under a non-recourse project finance scheme, whose sponsors are Veolia and MARAFIQ. A project company will be established and resourced to deliver the project within the required timeframe.
Main Accountabilities
Maintain project documents and records. Ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout the project team, on time, and to the people who need it. Responsibilities include compiling contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. Additionally implement procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
