The Document Controller plays a crucial role in the Real Estate industry by managing and overseeing all project documentation. This position ensures that all documents are accurately processed, stored, and retrieved, facilitating smooth communication and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong organizational skill set to maintain the integrity of project documents. They will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is compliant with industry standards and project requirements.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.Ensure that all documents are properly logged, categorized, and stored in the document management system.Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documents in a timely manner.Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project meetings.Conduct regular audits of project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.Provide training and support to team members on document control processes.Facilitate communication between project teams and external stakeholders regarding document submissions.Monitor document revisions and ensure that the latest versions are accessible to all relevant parties.Support the project team in maintaining a comprehensive project archive upon project completion.Preferred Candidate:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document management.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with construction and real estate terminology.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.A degree in a relevant field such as Engineer is preferred.
