Job Description

1.Resolve escalated problems and coordinate with concerned entities to ensure that business support standards are adapted as needed. 2.Continually seeks to understand and act upon departments needs, concerns, and priorities. Meets NWC employees expectations and requirements, and gains their trust and respect. 3.Coordinate with NWC departments to highlight pending and unresolved problems and to monitor their progress. 4.Oversee the business support day-to-day activities to ensure smooth running of the operations. 5.Design the business support related policies, procedures, processes, and tools. 6.Monitor and report business support programs, projects and performance. 7.Perform special assignments in a variety of areas that may require coordination with personnel in other departments, or involvement in cross functional teams. 8.Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job NWC   works toward attracting creative cadres to upgrade their competencies and innovations in order for them to provide the best services to our customers. NWC has developed new strategies and work plans which determine, to a large extent, its vision during the coming years aimed at the development of the quality of services provided to customers, the provision of new services to meet the originating needs and the improvement of the company-build-in work environment to become the customers' and job-seekers' company of choice.
