Job Description
Distributors Sales Specialist Engineer - 008RCA 1. Establish a good relationship with his distributors’ and wholesalers’ management and team including sales, marketing, and supply chain departments. 2. Finalize the agreement and recommend the terms of Customers’ contracts. 3. Follow up all ordering process and needed documents including logistics and finance in coordination with EPS, FZE, and CME teams. 4. Follow up customers’ payment and account receivable, and ensure that the DSO is within the targeted range. 5. Prepare the sales/booking and orders status/progress reports for his distributors. 6. Collect the sales/stock reports from his customers and consolidate it in one report on monthly basis. 7. Following up all campaigns for residential products LS (WD, VDI, and CMS) and FLV (LC, MCB, ECB, SS). 8. Suggest training/small seminars for his customers and coordinate with Marketing for scheduling. 9. Consistent updating of literature and promotional tools for all customers (All showrooms of distributors), and ensure the best visibility of SE at their showrooms. 10. Prepare monthly report for the month activity, sales, partners and WS news, competency, etc… 11. Targeted booking achievement for LS distributors. 12. DSO for LS distributors. 13. On date delivery for LS distributors. 14. SE visibility at distributors’ and wholesalers’ showrooms. 15. Overall customers’ satisfaction. 16. On time quality reporting (booking, sales, stock, and monthly reports) 17. Growth in existing channels or via new ones
