Join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings Warehouse and Logistics Department as the Dispatching Operator and help us manage the Warehouse Operations.
Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
•Managing inventory, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
•Achieve a high level of satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
•Plan inbound materials flow.
•Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
•Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
•Confer and coordinate activities with other departments to answer questions or solve problems.
•Mange 3PL/ 4PL (activates, compliance, reporting).
•Mange plan capacity utilization to ensure optimized space utilized and determine the space needed.
•Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
•Promote safety by following standard HSE procedures and correcting unsafe conditions.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
•9+ years of experience in the same role.
•Diploma or higher degree in a related field.
•Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
•Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
•Knowledge in Siemens product is a plus.
•Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software (SAP) to track and manage inventory, shipments, and productivity metrics.
•Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures, as well as inventory control techniques.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management.
