In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with the retail operations of Qiddiya, ensuring that technology solutions enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Strategic IT Alignment & Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships between IT and retail business units to align technology strategies with retail goals.
- Technology Demand Management & Portfolio Oversight: Capture and prioritize IT demands from retail teams, overseeing the execution of key projects to support business growth.
- IT Service Delivery & Performance Management: Ensure IT services meet SLAs and performance standards, quickly resolving any issues that impact retail operations.
- Business Value Realization & Innovation: Identify and implement innovative IT solutions that drive customer engagement and improve operational efficiency in retail.
- Vendor and Technology Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure they deliver quality IT services tailored to retail needs.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for technology synergies that enhance overall business performance.
