DIRECTOR OT TALENT ACQUISITION – CLUSTER ROLE, KSA!
Working with a very exciting project and we have been tasked to find a super-duper Director of Talent Acquisition for this high-profile client.
This TA Director role is a senior-level HR position where you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process within the organisation. This role involves developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top-quality candidates.
We are looking for an experienced TA Director who has good GCC experience within the Hospitality sector and who is well connected in the region.
You will be prepared and able to work in a fairly remote location, must be self-motivated and be able to hit the ground running!
Salary package offered: SAR22-25k per month basic plus full expat benefits and additional, generous incentives
