Job Title: Director of Training Management
Responsibilities:
- Determining the training needs of employees in coordination with the relevant departments and divisions.
- Determining the priority of training needs and their compatibility with the company’s requirements.
- Developing and designing annual training plans and programs, including necessary courses and training for employees.
- Selecting qualified internal trainers or engaging specialized external training providers.
- Supervising the performance of trainees during training programs and monitoring their level of engagement.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by measuring the impact of training on employee performance and achieving organizational goals.
- Preparing an estimated budget for the annual training plan.
- Preparing studies and research aimed at improving the efficiency of training.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
