The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.About the RoleThe Director of Technology Innovation & Data will lead the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data, and voice communication activities at the property. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the role ensures the implementation of hotel and corporate technology strategies while identifying opportunities for technology enhancements that improve systems performance and guest experience.What You Will DoSystems ManagementOversee all IT systems, ensuring critical systems are operational 24/7.Establish and maintain system security procedures, user protocols, and hardware familiarization.Develop and execute product lifecycle management strategies for hardware/software.Forecast technology upgrades and requirements to enhance system effectiveness.Guest and Team SupportAssist guests with technical requirements and troubleshoot IT-related issues to deliver exceptional service.Provide technical support to employees and ensure systems knowledge is maintained.Build, lead, coach, and develop a strong IT team to deliver exceptional support.Operational LeadershipManage IT operating and capital budgets in alignment with property goals.Assist the Director of Finance with IT maintenance and service contracts, including scope definition, negotiations, and vendor selection.Prepare and deliver reports, facilitate meetings, and represent the property in quarterly regional systems meetings to share ideas and best practices.Compliance and InnovationEnsure system security and data integrity by maintaining compliance with corporate IT policies and procedures.Promote continuous learning and professional development within the IT team.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new technology adoption and systems improvement.What You BringMinimum 2 years of experience as a Director of IT in a hotel environment.University/College degree in Information Technology or related field.Strong expertise in network-building, troubleshooting, and hospitality technology applications.Experience in managing projects, budgeting, and capital planning for IT systems.Ability to lead, coach, and build a high-performing team.Effective presentation, report preparation, and meeting facilitation skills.Pre-opening experience is essential.Fluency in Arabic and English is required.What We OfferCompetitive Net Salary in a Tax-Free EnvironmentState-of-the-art staff accommodation30 working days’ vacation10 days Public Holidays annuallyComplimentary employee mealsMedical and Life InsuranceWorldwide Complimentary Room Nights with Four SeasonsLaundry/dry cleaning for work attireGrowth and Development opportunitiesSchedule & HoursFull-Time
