The Roleof Director of Sales & Marketing
We currently have an opportunity for Director of Sales & Marketingto join our Four Seasons Resort at Amaala, Triple Bay opening team!
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
The Director of Sales & Marketing oversees all marketing activities with the support of teams including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Public Relations. This leadership role focuses on all Sales, Marketing, and product development activities to ensure strategies yield maximum revenue per room occupied, and support brand clarity (DNA).
In collaboration with your General Manager, you will provide direction on pricing, revenue management, MarCom, Rooms sales strategy and tactics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget process, analysing the property’s capabilities and identifying the direct sales, advertising and public relations programs to attract business, developing marketing programs, managing hotel presence and content across all communication channels, developing the Public Relations strategy, and crafting Social Media strategy and distribution outlets along with overseeing updates and execution in collaboration with your PR Director.

Sales and marketing experience with strong revenue and budget management skills, exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with your team and your stakeholders.
A strategist who understands the luxury market, customer, and travel preferences; the ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resources to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives; have an exceptional eye for detail, and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to our hotel.
Suitable candidates must beeligible to work in The Amaala Triple Bay, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
