About the location:


Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of the Sales Director


As the Director of Sales at Four Seasons Hotel, your role is critical in determining the most effective sales strategies across all market segments to maximize hotel revenues. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring the optimal occupancy of conferences and banquets.


To excel in this position, a combination of skills and attitudes are essential. Firstly, strong leadership skills are necessary to effectively lead and motivate a team of sales professionals towards achieving revenue goals. Your ability to inspire others, provide guidance, and foster collaboration will be key to success.


Knowledge and Skills


  • A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred; however, it is not essential with relevant experience.  
  • Luxury hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years) or 3 – 5 years operational hotel experience.   
  • Previous experience as a DOS or Sales Manager in a Hotel or Resort 
  • Proven sales track records a plus  
  • Proven leadership within the luxury hotel market.  
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, to promote teamwork. This may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays.  
  • Proven sales track record a plus.  
  • Business travel required.  
  • Good command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
