Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote the hotel.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market conditions, and competition.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a five-star hotel.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and revenue management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales management software (e.g., Salesforce).
