An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Revenue Managementin the Red Sea region,on a remote location.
About the Job:


  • Design and implement the property’s Revenue Management strategy in line with corporate guidelines to maximize profitability.
  • Evaluate the property’s competition, guest preferences, and economic variables to develop accurate operational and financial forecasts.
  • Manage and adjust the Business Units' product offerings and rates (rooms, spa, catering, packages) to maximize RevPAR and profitability.
  • Apply inventory management and pricing strategies to optimize revenue across different demand periods.
  • Monitor and report on key revenue performance metrics (occupancy levels, RevPAR) to assess financial performance and formulate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with regional and corporate Revenue Management colleagues to identify revenue-generating opportunities and ensure alignment in efforts.


About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
 


  • 10-12 years of revenue management experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
  • Extensive experience in property and revenue maximization, leveraging analytical and innovative approaches.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of commercial, consumer, and product development trends.
  • Expertise in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability optimization within the hospitality sector.
