Featuring 180 guest rooms, suites, and villas spread across three million square feet of pristinebeaches on the southern end of Shura Island. Miraval The Red Sea will guide guests on a luxurious wellness journey for the spirit and soul.


Miraval The Red Sea will introduce the wellness brand’s signature mindfulness-based wellness practices to a new corner of the world, empowering guests with tools and inspiration to find balance and support their emotional and mental wellbeing. Located on Saudi Arabia’s Shura Island, the central hub of the highly anticipated new hospitality development, The Red Sea Project, the new Miraval resort will pave the way bringing transformative wellness experiences and the largest spa in the Red Sea destination. The high-end luxury wellness resort is slated to open as part of phase one of the Red Sea development.


For this eagerly awaited new opening in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Director of Revenue to share our Vision – to create the most imaginative, authentic and meaningful wellness experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Revenue is responsible for ensuring that all sales and income-generating streams are optimized for growth and maximum profitability.


You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Revenue is responsible for formulating and optimizing income generating strategies and processes that maximize yield for rooms, food and beverage, spa, and programs.The role will work closely with the General Manager, Sales and Marketing, and revenue generating departments providing analytical and strategic support. The role requires a creative out-of-the-box thinker who can adapt to the atypical revenue dynamics of a Miraval Resort.



·Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Director of Revenue role.


·Experience in managing revenue in remote resort setting where there is limited organic demand.


·Strong ability in strategizing revenue optimization across all income generating departments.


·Highly analytical taking historical performance, current trends, and competitive data to take appropriate actions.


·Highly proficient in utilizing revenue management and business intelligence tools to achieve key KPIs


·Ability to prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, forecasts, and provide recommendations to senior management and different departments


·Strong ability to formulate and articulate strategies and data analytics to various stakeholders


·Proven track record in driving business performance, managing budgets, and KPI’s
