AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

The Role of Director of Operations:


We currently have an opportunity for Director Operations to join our Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay opening team!


This role reports to the General Manager and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations at the hotel. You will be responsible for providing successful guest service delivery for the hotel and will be an active part of the local community. You will provide leadership and management for all hotel operational personnel, and take responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of our hotel guests and employees.


Our Ideal Director of Operations candidate will have:


The ability to lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels; ensuring our many return guests are warmly welcomed and looked after. Previous pre-opening experience is essential along with a background in Rooms, whilst having a sincere passion for F&B and guest experience creativity. In addition, you should have attention to detail and project management experience, the ability to enhance Four Seasons brand leadership with infusion of local heritage and culture into the product and service offerings, and an entrepreneurial spirit.


You will be a strong operational leader and guest ambassador with the ability to challenge the norm and be solution oriented. A seasoned leader with diplomacy, presence, and the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively to achieve mutual goals with key stakeholders inside and outside the resort (Owners, Community).


You should have a deep understanding of luxury to deliver both world class product and services, and have strong commercial acumen, proven ability to manage costs and deliver bottom line, the ability to link day to day activities to longer term business plans, goals, and objectives, and be a decision maker who is able to set clear strategic direction.


You should also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader of our team with the ability to attract and retain local talent and support their development and growth. As Director of Operations, you will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel, creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.
