- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
Skills
education & qualifications:
- Medical degree and hands-on medical experience as a Physician or within the Nursing department;
- A business degree is mandatory;
- Proven hospital management experience, preferably JCI & CBAHI accredited.

As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical & non-clinical operations of the organization, managing resources and processes, implementing operational policies, and collaborating with the different department heads. The role plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, contributing to its overall success.
your main tasks will be:
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives;
- Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals;
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks;
- Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs organization-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs;
- Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
