About the Job


An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Houskeeping for Houskeeping Department to join Jumeirah Group.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


  • Demonstrate commitment to the development and implementation of the standards and continual improvement of effectiveness by: 
  1. Communicating to colleagues the importance of meeting customer as well as regulatory & statutory needs. 
  2. Ensuring measurable quality objectives are established and actively participate in the review of these objectives. 
  3. Ensuring the availability of resources 
  • Ensure customer requirements are determined & met.
  • Actively promote an awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. 
  • Ensure that responsibilities and authorities are defined and communicated within the organization. 
  • Ensure appropriate communication processes are established. 
  • Determine the necessary competence for colleagues and provide training or other actions to satisfy these needs. 
  • Ensure that colleagues are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the department objectives. 

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


Essential


  • At least 10 years’ experience in the 5 Star Hotel, in the same role.
  • Preferred to be experienced in the KSA Saudi Market.

Desired:


  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality.
