The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.About the RoleThe Director of Housekeeping will oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of luxury and service while fostering a motivated and engaged team.What You Will DoOperational LeadershipManage all aspects of housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and uniform services.Develop and implement cleaning schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals.Monitor inventory levels for linens, supplies, and cleaning products, ensuring cost-effective management.Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and lead a high-performing housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards.Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.Guest ExperienceEnsure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet or exceed Four Seasons’ quality standards.Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Compliance and SafetyMaintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures within the housekeeping department.Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.Continuous ImprovementAnalyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in housekeeping practices.Proactively identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.What You BringExperience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in housekeeping, preferably within luxury hospitality.
