About the location:


AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

The Role of Director of Food and Beverage:


We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay opening team!


Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.


Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Food and Beverage team, being visible in the operation ensuring we are recognizing our guests and cultivating new guest relationships, working closely with the Executive Chef to plan and develop menus and wine lists, controlling expenses through effective planning, budgeting and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.


You will have a special talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.


Our Ideal Director of Food and Beverage candidate will have:


A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have a wealth of Food and Beverage experience in luxury resorts, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. Previous pre-opening experience is essential.


You should have at least five to seven years of experience with a diversity of Food and Beverage management positions, and ideally you will also have hotel opening experience.


Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in AMAALA at Triple Bay, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential, Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
