An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Finance in the Red Sea region, on a remote location.
About the Job:


  • Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including preparation and review of financial statements.
  • Establish robust cash management controls, prepare cash flow forecasts, and oversee reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Supervise the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of financial reports, while also providing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
  • Direct the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, establish major financial objectives and policies, and conduct analysis to minimize variances and maximize return on investment.
  • Contribute financial insights and recommendations to strategic planning processes, establish functional objectives aligned with organizational goals, and prepare long-term capital and operational projections.
  • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders such as owners, asset managers, and corporate teams, reporting on financial performance, acting as a business advisor, and addressing specific requirements. 

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Leadership and team management experience in high-end environments
  • Effective project management skills, especially in pre-opening settings.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring excellence in service and operations.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury brand.
