Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead our efforts in creating scalable demand and driving pipeline growth. This is a key leadership role, where you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing lead generation strategies, and nurturing prospects across the entire sales funnel. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, analytical, and skilled in managing a range of demand generation activities that align with Omniful’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and lead the overall demand generation strategy, including campaigns across digital, email, content, partnerships, and events, to drive top-of-funnel growth and maximize qualified leads.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that include paid search, paid social, ABM, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO to generate pipeline and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and campaign objectives that resonate with Omniful’s target audience.
  • Pipeline Growth and Optimization:
  • Drive pipeline growth by continuously testing, refining, and scaling demand generation programs, leveraging data insights to optimize performance and ensure high-quality lead flow.
  • Implement effective lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion strategies to move prospects through the funnel, maximizing MQL-to-SQL conversions and supporting sales goals.
  • Work closely with the RevOps team to ensure data integrity, accurate tracking, and reporting across CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of demand generation specialists, overseeing performance, professional growth, and strategic contribution to Omniful’s growth goals.
  • Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to ensure campaigns are supported by compelling content, aligned messaging, and optimized lead hand-offs.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to drive alignment, feedback, and continuous improvement across demand generation efforts.
  • Analytics, Reporting, and Budget Management:
  • Own demand generation KPIs, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact to inform strategy adjustments and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, pipeline generation, and key metrics to the executive team.
  • Manage the demand generation budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources, making adjustments based on performance data to maximize impact and meet growth targets.
