As the Director - HSE, you will lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure that all activities align with local regulations and international best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HSE strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.

- Collaborate with project teams to embed HSE principles in project planning and execution.
- Lead investigations into HSE incidents and accidents, ensuring thorough analysis and dissemination of lessons learned.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to promote a proactive safety culture among employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Engage with regulatory bodies, industry stakeholders, and third-party auditors to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable practices and environmental initiatives across the organization.
