Responsibilities
Lead the Delivery Design Team and LDC in coordination with the D&B Contractor to ensure project time, cost and quality objectives are achieved. Leads the design process in coordination with external consultants from concept through to construction.
Expertly manages and prioritizes the workload of the team, deadline driven.
Manages the team’s deliverables through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance and developing the team to maximize performance.
Assist Cost Consultants assess the cost of design changes and track accordingly ensuring proper change management.
Ensure management & Stage gate processes are adhered to throughout the design process.
Leads design progress reporting and analytics, highlighting risks and mitigations strategies
Maximize collaborative working relationships with various internal departments within the program and
