The Digital Transformation Project Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on driving end-to-end projects that align technology and business processes to achieve operational efficiency, improved customer experience, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & Management:
- Lead the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership to ensure transparency and consensus.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing progress updates, reports, and strategic insights.
Digital Transformation Execution:
- Analyze and assess existing processes, identifying areas for automation and improvement through technology.
- Implement innovative digital solutions (e.g., cloud platforms, ERP systems, data analytics tools) to streamline workflows and enhance performance.
- Manage technology vendors, third-party consultants, and system integrators to ensure project deliverables.
Risk & Change Management:
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder training, process documentation, and adoption strategies to drive transformation goals.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor the impact of digital initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards to track project performance and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital projects (e.g., ERP, cloud migrations, process automation).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as traditional project management frameworks.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master are required.
- Experience managing external vendors, technology partners, and cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Smartsheet).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
