Digital Sales Specialist
As a Digital Insurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online insurance sales. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products through digital channels. Your strong communication skills, coupled with a deep understanding of our insurance offerings, will enable you to guide customers through the sales process and ultimately convert them into loyal policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect necessary information and documentation from customers.
  • Follow up with customers to address any outstanding issues or questions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Utilize our digital platforms and tools to effectively manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Product Knowledge: o Develop a deep understanding of our medical and motor insurance products, including their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and product updates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry with a focus on medical and motor insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
