Digital Planning & Performance Manager

You will be responsible for
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects within the tourism sector
Work closely with IT, marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing risks and issues as they arise
Implement best practices in project management and digital transformation to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project objectives are understood and met, while utilizing data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
Perform other activities as and when required
You will need
Recommended not less than 6 years of experience in relevant field
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred

تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المشاريع والتحول الرقمي لتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر
التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات لضمان فهم أهداف المشروع وتحقيقها، مع الاستفادة من الرؤى القائمة على البيانات لتحسين النتائج
