Job Description

Our client, a leading creative agency, is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Performance Specialist to oversee the execution and effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with agency partners. This role ensures that campaigns run as planned, are optimized for performance, and align with business objectives. Additionally, the specialist will track campaign spending, maintain the paid social media calendar, and manage the overall digital media calendar. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in tracking digital performance, and a solid understanding of SEO, website optimization, and paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agency Oversight:Ensure the digital agency executes and optimizes campaigns correctly, delivering results in line with brand objectives and performance KPIs.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:Track live campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.), identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations to improve performance.
  • Budget & Spend Tracking:Monitor daily and monthly campaign spending to ensure budgets are used efficiently and deliver maximum ROI.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:Generate and analyze reports oncampaign performance, website traffic, and SEO,providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Paid Social Media & Digital Calendar Management:Maintain thepaid social media calendarand overalldigital media calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing activities and product launches.
  • Website & Landing Page Performance:Work with internal teams and the agency to ensure the websites are updated, optimized, and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • SEO & Organic Growth:Oversee SEO strategies, ensuring on-page content and site structure are optimized for improved organic search rankings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experiencein digital marketing, campaign tracking, and agency coordination.
  • Only local or expatriate candidates in KSA with family sponsorship and a valid Iqama are eligible to apply, as our client cannot provide a residency visa.
  • Strong understanding ofpaid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic)and performance tracking.
  • Experience managingdigital marketing budgetsand trackingmedia spend efficiency.
  • Proficiency inGA 4, Google Data Studio, and SEMrushfor campaign performance analysis.
  • Experience withwebsite content management (Adobe Experience Manager, NetDirector, or similar CMS).
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain and managedigital media calendars.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing performance.
  • Native Arabic with fluent English. 
  • The role requires travel frequently to Dubai.
