In partnership with a leading insurance company committed to providing exceptional digital experiences to the customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Manager to lead our partner organization's digital marketing efforts and drive growth through data-driven strategies.


Role Overview:


As the Digital Media Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will lead a team of specialists in digital performance, analytics, and marketing automation, while also collaborating with a third-party performance agency. Your primary goal is to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through effective digital marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

Team Management:


  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, including a digital performance specialist, analytics expert, and marketing automation specialist.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to ensure team success.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Campaign Management:


  • Manage digital media budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.

Conversion Optimization:


  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates across the customer journey.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to enhance the customer experience.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust analytics framework.

Marketing Automation:


  • Implement and manage marketing automation programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Create personalized customer journeys and nurture leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize email marketing strategies for maximum impact.

Third-Party Agency Management:


  • Oversee the performance of the third-party performance agency.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and effective collaboration.
  • Evaluate agency performance and make recommendations for improvement.
