Your role:



The purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Digital Media Performance teams across disciplines to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions for our clients.

Your key responsibilities:



Client Management:
Lead end to end client communication with little supervision on account performance and campaign health tracking. Work closely with the Associate Director on strategic inputs and build areas for growth for your client portfolio.

Campaign Planning:



Work cross-functionally with clients, media planners, analytics, and agency partners to establish clear campaign strategy, tactics, objectives, and measurement KPIs for our paid social media, YouTube, Display and SEM campaigns.
Contribute to the development of clients’ channel media strategies & tactics, utilizing your knowledge and expertise of channel/platform capabilities
Provide optimal budget forecasting and/or allocation recommendations, with the focus of achieving maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency

Campaign Execution & Maintenance:



Monitor and measure campaign performance in platform, leveraging insights and trends, and provide data backed recommendations to clients and stakeholders
Manage all aspects of the day-to-day management of digital performance campaigns, including campaign creation, performance optimization, reporting, and budget monitoring
Ensure client objectives and targets are attained; At Merkle, we believe in delivering performance for our clients and this will be a key measure of your performance.

Analytics and Reporting:



Provide weekly campaign reports for live campaigns in conjunction with the media planning and performance media team members
Support the junior team in all EOC reports, provide deep and thorough insight into the performance of the campaign
Ensure monthly / quarterly reports are shared and if required will be presented in a face to face setting with client teams; we expect top notch presentation skills to make this happen.

Additional Research & Projects:



Continued industry growth and knowledge within digital marketing trends and emerging digital marketing channels
Apply research, identify new market trends, develop POVs, and keep the team informed of new opportunities. Contribute to the development and training of your client partners.

Partner Management:



Maintain close relationships with core media partners and help identify opportunities for new product test & learns.

People Management:



Manage a team of 2 to 5 people from both an account perspective and their overall career growth.

Skills and Experience:



Bilingualism: Arabic and English 5+ years of relevant work experience A proven track record working in performance media, specifically with ecommerce and lead gen-based client portfolio Expertise level and hands-on experience with planning and managing all campaign types across Google Ads (search, shopping, YouTube, GDN), performance and branding campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snap and Tiktok Worked in a client facing role within an agency environment; be confident enough to be in face-to-face setting and communicate with client leadership teams The ability to work well under pressure with short deadlines across multiple teams The strength to work independently or with minor supervision in a fast pace, multi-project, and process-oriented environment Experience with site tag management tools (e.g., GTM), Analytics platforms (Google/Adobe), web-trend metrics. Frequent domestic & international travel may be required
