About the job
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the company's comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This will include lead generation, SEO/content marketing, SEM, PR, affiliate marketing, social media, and email campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will be to 1) drive inbound lead generation and conversion, focusing on high-value accounts (Enterprise & Government), and 2) establish the company as a leader in the field of digital trust.

Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Digital Growth
- Optimizing and scaling the marketing funnel to drive high-quality inbound leads and enhance customer acquisition.
- Designing and implementing digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email.
- Managing paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Overseeing the creation of key marketing assets, including website content, blogs, videos, email campaigns, and customer success stories.
- Executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting Enterprise & Government accounts.
Thought Leadership & Brand Awareness
- Establishing the company as a leader in digital trust through strategic content, PR efforts, and industry partnerships.
- Producing thought leadership materials such as whitepapers, reports, and executive-level blogs.
- Securing media placements and PR opportunities in relevant industry publications.
- Engaging with industry influencers and partners to drive brand recognition and visibility.
Campaigns, Events & Community Engagement
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Leading event marketing initiatives, including webinars, industry conferences, and sponsorships.
- Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with associations, industry bodies, and thought leaders.
- Building and nurturing a community of engaged users and brand advocates.
Performance & Analytics
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (MQLs, conversions, CAC, ROI) to continually refine marketing strategies.
- Utilizing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to inform data-driven decision-making.
