Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Diesel Plant Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This position involves overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of diesel power plants to ensure efficient and reliable energy production.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of diesel plant systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on diesel generators and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation and reports for management review.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff.
