Responsibilities:

• Security Integration:

  
  

  • Integrate security tools, processes, and controls into the CI/CD pipeline.

    
    

  • Automate security testing for applications and infrastructure.

    
    

  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.

    
    

• Collaboration and Training:

  
  

  • Work collaboratively with development and operations teams to address security concerns.

    
    

  • Provide training and guidance to teams on secure coding practices and security tools.

    
    

  • Develop and maintain security documentation and training materials.

    
    

• Incident Response:

  
  

  • Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents.

    
    

  • Conduct post-incident analysis and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

    
    

  • Maintain and improve incident response plans and procedures.

    
    

• Infrastructure Security:

  
  

  • Design and implement secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

    
    

  • Manage and secure container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

    
    

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

    
    

• Continuous Improvement:

  
  

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.

    
    

  • Continuously improve security practices and tools.

    
    

  • Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary improvements.

    
    

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  
  

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, security, or a related field.

  
  

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

  
  

• Experience with security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA).

  
  

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features.

  
  

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  
  

• Understanding of network security, cryptography, and application security principles.

  
  

• Preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP).

  
  

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is preferred.

  
  

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) is a plus.

  
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
