Job Description

  1. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new development opportunities.
  2. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  4. Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing updates to management as necessary.
  5. Engage with community stakeholders to gather input and build positive relationships.
  6. Ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations throughout the development process.
  7. Maintain project documentation and track progress.


Skills

Competencies and Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of financial modeling and investment analysis in real estate.

Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project management, real estate development, construction management, or a related area.
