Development Manager - Luxury Villas (RES715)

Qiddiya is not just the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia—it is a city in the making, set to become a thriving urban hub with diverse residential communities. Our Residential Business Unit is leading the development of multiple residential projects, with the first phase of construction - luxury villas within the public golf - set to begin towards the end of this year already !

As a Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Qiddiya’s residential offering, guiding projects from concept through design approvals and into construction. You will help ensure that each development is planned and executed to the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and market alignment.

• Lead the development of luxury villas within the public golf area.
• Manage projects through all development phases, from feasibility analysis and design coordination to pre-construction and contractor selection.
• Navigate stage gate processes effectively, ensuring seamless approvals and alignment with Qiddiya’s overall development strategy.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including design teams, consultants, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, clearly communicating project vision, progress, and business cases to senior leadership and external partners.
