Design Manager - Real Estate | Saudi Arabia

As aDesign Managerin the real estate industry, you oversee architectural and engineering designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You ensure compliance with industry standards, optimize functionality and aesthetics, and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to achieve project goals.

The position involves:

• Lead and manage the design process for real estate projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality designs.
• Review and approve design plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage design timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Oversee compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve design-related challenges.
• Stay updated on market trends, innovative design solutions, and new materials.
• Develop and implement design strategies to enhance project value and appeal.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in architectural or design management within real estate.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
• Experience in project management and team coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines and budgets.
