Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced landscape and public realm Design Manager, Landscape & Public Realm to be a part of our planning and design team in achieving innovative and high-quality project outcomes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project development, supporting the Public Realm Manager managing landscape & public realm designs across all Oxagon from inception to completion. We seek a suitably experienced

design professional with strong management skills for an exciting opportunity to contribute to our projects within a professional and motivated team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Activities

• Supports the Public Realm Man ag er on design review and an alysis of designs, studies, shop drawings and specifications
• Assists with technical input for the coordination between assets and disciplines
• Ensures the organization of submissions and prioritization of reviewing process

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills Experience

• Experienced in interpreting and solving design technical aspects
• Experienced in structuring deliverables and identifying priorities
• Heavy coordination with design and delivery
• Attention to detail and ability to operate independently and be proactive
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and  efficiency skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Ms Office, SharePoint, Aconex, Autocad, PowerPoint presentations skills
• Understanding of BIM, and 3-D software.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscape and public realm design and review from inception to completion, in complex mixed-use masterplans and urban development projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or
• Degree in Architecture with Landscape Architecture design management experience
