As the Design Manager - Civil/Structural, you will play a critical role in leading the design team and ensuring the successful execution of civil and structural engineering projects. • Lead and manage the civil and structural design team, providing technical guidance and support throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, such as architectural and mechanical engineering, to ensure cohesive and coordinated designs.
• Review and evaluate design proposals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with established standards and client requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of technical design documents, including drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify adherence to design guidelines and address any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in civil and structural engineering design.
