Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design team in creating visual concepts and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
  • Create innovative design solutions that align with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design to bring fresh ideas to the team.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Designer or similar role for at least 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in project management.
  • Experience in user experience design (UX) and user interface design (UI).
