The Derma Center Manager will lead, manage, and coordinate operations across more than 50 dermatology centers in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing medical and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and achieving business goals. The manager will handle strategic functions across HR, recruitment, procurement, supply chain, sales, and overall operations to ensure streamlined and efficient service delivery.Client DetailsAn expanding Derma centre of over 50 centres. DescriptionOperational ManagementOversee day-to-day operations across all centers, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.Coordinate with center heads and department leads to maintain consistent, high-quality service.Implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.Medical Staff ManagementDirectly manage doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals, focusing on training, performance, and retention.Facilitate ongoing education and professional development opportunities to ensure that the medical staff remains current with best practices and innovations in dermatology.Administrative OversightHR & Recruitment: Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain skilled professionals across all centers.Procurement & Supply Chain: Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment by managing relationships with suppliers and coordinating with the procurement and supply chain teams.Sales & Business Development: Support the sales team in promoting services, creating strategies to increase client engagement, and optimizing revenue.Financial & Strategic PlanningDevelop budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure all centers meet financial goals.Conduct market analysis and provide input on expansion or enhancement opportunities for derma services.Quality & ComplianceImplement quality control measures to uphold clinical and service standards.Ensure all centers comply with regulatory standards, including health, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
