Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our esteemed institution as the Deputy Principal of the American Diploma Section. This pivotal leadership role requires a visionary individual with a strong commitment to academic excellence and the ability to create a nurturing and innovative educational environment. The Deputy Principal will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration to develop and implement curricula that align with American Diploma standards, optimize student performance, and foster holistic development.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal in the overall management of the American Diploma Section.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with American educational standards.
  • Supervise and evaluate teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Coordinate student assessment and progression within the American Diploma framework.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance student engagement and foster a positive school culture.
  • Act as a liaison between parents, students, and staff to address concerns and promote collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, policies, and best practices.

Skills

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an educational leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of American educational standards and assessment practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
