· Conduct weekly comprehensive system diagnostics, verify operational status of hardware/software components, and review system logs and alerts to preemptively address issues.
· Coordinate and perform firmware upgrades on-site, ensuring minimal disruption.
· Backup critical configurations and data, validate post-upgrade functionality, and document upgrade activities.
· Identify and replace faulty CRUs, ensuring all replacements follow Dell’s best practices. Test and validate components and maintain records for inventory tracking.
· Provide on-site support for critical customer operations and urgent out-of-standard requests, including after-hours support.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems support, technical troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
· Strong understanding of hardware/software systems, particularly Dell products.
· Dell Certification is a must
