Ey Responsibilities: • Issue Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve delivery-related issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. • Communication: Maintain effective communication with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery services. • Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of delivery partners, offering assistance and guidance as needed. • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on delivery business performance and metrics. • Problem-Solving: Address and overcome challenges associated with the delivery business to enhance service quality. • Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to stores to monitor and improve delivery operations. • Trade Area Zoning: Manage and optimize delivery trade area zoning to ensure efficient coverage. • Experience & Qualifications: • • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in delivery operations. • Location: Must be based in KSA. • License: Valid driving license required. • Availability: Ready to join immediately or on short notice.
