In this role, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and performance optimization of databases to support our clients' operational needs. We are looking for a highly skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our cloud-based and on-premises database systems. As a DBA, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance, security, and availability of enterprise data, working with databases like Google BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, SAP, Oracle, and other relational and non-relational systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, supporting data integration efforts with Tableau and other visualization platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management across the entire organization.
Database Expertise: In-depth knowledge of managing relational databases like Google BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP HANA. Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Firestore, MongoDB) is a plus.
·Cloud Integration & Data Management: Strong experience with cloud-based databases, especially on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery and Cloud SQL. Ability to manage hybrid data environments, integrating cloud-native and on-premises databases.
Performance Tuning & Optimization: Expertise in query optimization, indexing, and database tuning to ensure high-performance database operations, with experience in tools like SQL Profiler, GCP Monitoring, and BigQuery for performance tracking and tuning.
