Your Tasks



. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Director in various strategic initiatives, including the creation of presentations, sales reporting, data analysis, and managing key projects in collaboration with distributors.
Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and forecasts. Track and measure (KPIs) to ensure alignment with sales targets and goals. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and provide recommendations to the sales leadership team. Manage the handheld project with distributors, ensuring smooth implementation and providing support as needed. Quarterly review with constructive feedback for business building will be the key task. Ensure that our organization gets a preferred supplier status through excellence in customer service. Collect and organize sales data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop data models to analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends. Assist in the development of sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies by providing data-driven insights.

Your Profile



Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience is required in a wide range of FMCG functions with a recognized business.

Skills



Language: English; Arabic is preferred, and a third language is an advantage. PC/IT: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Acrobat, Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and distributors

Preferred Qualifications



Experience working with distributors or managing sales projects. Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and market dynamics in KSA.
