Your Opportunity  


We are looking for a Data & Reporting Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who will assist  the  Office Support Manager  in  service  delivery reporting, by analysing and collating the required date (generally but not limited to performance data) contained within  the relevant database/s and delivering that data in any reporting format dictated by Client.


The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and present technical information in a multi-cultural environment. Has the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals. Willingness to adapt to changing operational reporting requirements, work in dynamic environments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


The hiring for this role is subject to contract award.


Key Accountabilities


  • FM operations service delivery monitoring and reporting as required.
  • Contribute to the planning and scheduling of asset maintenance management operations activities, including prioritising and timelines where analysis of data reporting indicates improvement is needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficacy in all maintenance reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to investigate reporting anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Operational Procedures Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational procedures, checklists, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with established procedures and best practices for asset maintenance reporting operations.
  • Analyse asset performance and history to extract meaningful reporting insights, assess performance, and support maintenance reporting objectives. Prepare technical reports and presentations summarising operational activities and findings, which will include graphs/charts/dashboards.

Specific Requirements


  • Ten (10) years of experience in FM reporting and data creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve technical challenges related to asset maintenance operations reporting. Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and if possible (but not essential) in Arabic.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in statistics, data science, or any equivalent speciality.
