Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in a team tasked with delivering a Data Privacy/Management programs to prominent corporations in KSA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive gap analysis in accordance with NDMO and PDPL standards, utilizing workshops to gather and analyze information.
  
• Investigating emerging trends and best practices in data privacy to identify and define the target state for the organization.
  
• Providing support in the formulation and implementation of the data privacy strategy and roadmap, aligning with the organization's overall objectives.
  
• Playing a key role in establishing the Data Privacy Roles, ensuring it is equipped to handle the organization’s data governance needs effectively.
  
• Developing robust frameworks, policies, and procedures to govern the management and handling of data.
  
• Provide privacy training and awareness programs to employees.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Preferred experience from leading consulting firms or other technology and/or data management consulting companies.
  
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in data management/privacy or related areas, with substantial exposure to consulting or technology companies' consulting divisions.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
  
• Skilled in relationship management, capable of engaging with stakeholders at senior levels.
  
• A proven track record in Data Governance/Privacy consulting and transformation programs.
  
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and best practices.
  
• Proven track record on DAMA and/ or DCAM frameworks
  
• Knowledge of NDMO, NDI and PDPL regulations and controls
