Responsibilities:

  • Informatica Data Governance tools and related suite (Axon, EDC).
  • Data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DMBOK) and concepts.
  • Data quality assessment and improvement techniques.
  • Metadata management and data lineage analysis.
  • Regulatory compliance and data privacy knowledge.
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies, policies, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data quality standards.
  • Conduct data lineage analysis to ensure accurate data flow across systems.
  • Establish and maintain data catalogs, documenting metadata and data definition


Skills

  • Proficiency in using Data Governance tools such as Collabera , Axon and EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog) is crucial. This includes setting up and configuring the tools, creating business glossaries, defining data domains, managing metadata, and establishing data lineage.
  • A strong understanding of data management principles, data governance concepts, and best practices this includes knowledge of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data cataloging, and master data management.
