We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Finance Department. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate with an interest in finance and data management. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining financial data related to transactions on our e-commerce platform for buying and selling cars. You will assist the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial records and supporting daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately enter financial data into the company’s systems (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments, etc.).
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in processing transactions related to car sales and purchases on the platform.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of data before inputting it into the financial system.
  • Support the finance team with reconciliation of accounts and tracking of payments and receivables.
  • Assist in generating financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial summaries.
  • Help with the preparation of budgets and forecasts by organizing financial data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to financial data and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
