Industrial Complex, Riyadh


The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.


Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.


The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.


Job Purpose

This position exists to maintain and archive all data based on approved documents or reports to SAP accurately and efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.




Key Accountability Areas
Production Activities:
  • Arranging production consumable & Creating reservation requests for raw materials from store as per production requirements.
  • Perform posting & confirmation of all the job cards with required details with no delay as per Instruction and ensure the accuracy of the data
  • Coordinate with Foreman/Charge hands for Job cards correction on need basis
  • Releasing production orders.
  • Entering finish goods movement in sap on daily basis.
  • Creating & posting trial orders if any.
  • Creating & posting rework orders if any.
  • Preparing production report on daily basis for production lines.
  • Coordinate with Store keeper/Engineer for validation of entered data bi-Monthly
  • Preparing monthly production orders variance report, with justification from account data.
Manpower Activities:
  • Maintaining employee attendance sheet and prepare a database for the same.
  • Co-ordinate with pay roll for non-staff attendance.
  • Co-ordinate with personal department to arrange iqama, insurance card, exit re-entry and other related to non-staff.
  • Co-ordinate with travel department to arrange ticket for non-staff vacation.

  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:


  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:


  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:


  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.


Academic Qualification
Diploma Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field
