As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing the company’s initial public offering (IPO) file for the stock market by reviewing data, conducting financial and non-financial analyses, and ensuring internal procedures and policies comply with legal and governance standards.
Key Accountabilities- Analyze financial and non-financial data relevant to the IPO process.
- Provide accurate insights and analyses on the company’s current and projected future status.
- Support financial and accounting-related matters.
- Prepare analytical reports outlining financial factors affecting the IPO decision.
- Conduct financial and other studies to achieve IPO objectives.
- Assist in developing and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of internal policies and procedures across all departments.
- Collaborate with various departments to align all information with IPO requirements.
- Monitor legal standards and governance requirements to ensure compliance during the IPO process.
- Review contracts and legal documents to eliminate any potential obstacles to the IPO.
- Prepare professional documents and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Create analytical models and presentations to highlight results and analyses.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or project management.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (proficiency in formulas and charts).
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with legal and governance aspects, particularly those related to IPOs in financial markets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
